Refunds,Returns and Shop policy
As of 2021 I will not be issuing refunds for orders.Unless I make an Exception.If I Have agreed to Issue You A Refund and you Have Not Received it Please REACH out to me ASAP so it can be corrected.Item Condition and/or Possible Defects are ALWAYS clearly stated and Shown In Photo Listings and Written in Item Description .Please do Remember that ALL vintage items have had previous lives, they are of course used condition and some have been well loved, which makes each items imperfections part of their unique character. I will Always Clearly State and Display All Items to the Very Best of my Knowledge and ability.Please contact me FIRST if there are any issues regarding your order. I will ALWAYS Put your Happiness First!
Packaging your Item
I Pride Myself on Taking Special Care of each and every one of my orders I Package. I will almost always be using Recycled packing Materials Like most do. I Gently clean and Sanitize Each order before packaging. I package all items in Appropriate Packaging. All Items and especially breakables will be WELL packaged with protective packing materials and firmly Sealed shut. Each order will always include one of my Self Designed PiddlinPixie Vintage Shop Cards. Your Order Will always come from a smoke free environment and away from any harsh chemicals or pet dander.
Damaged order
I Can Guarantee that I will NEVER ship out a damaged order to you.Like I said in (Packaging your Order) I Pride myself in packaging your item WELL with protective packing materials .Your Order will be securely packaged and firmly sealed before I Ship. I do my Best to securely package your item so to give it the best possible chance of arriving unharmed safely to you .However we both know that’s only the beginning of your packages Journey to you. After Shipping your Item I am not Responsible for any Damages that occur between point A and Point B. I’m sure alot of us have unfortunately received a Damaged package from USPS or other carriers.That is why I recommend you Purchase insurance if you feel the need too.
Delays & Tracking
All Orders are Shipped the Day You Receive Shipment Notice unless informed other wise. I’m sure most of us are well aware that shipping Delays have been Record Setting Recently Due to COVID 19 Pandemic. That also includes Package Tracking as well.Many Packages lately have Failed to be properly scanned and that makes Tracking very difficult.However we are all in this together and we are all Experiencing the same issues. That is why Etsy Sellers Including myself are going above and beyond to do our best to makeup for the short comings of the shipping Companies.Please Allow Extra Time for Packages to Arrive before taking alternate actions.
